I don't know why I do it: I need to keep track of people passively; evidence of my stunted capacity for real intimacy, I'm sure, but - the internet makes it so EASY to get updated about people these days, without having to extend or expose myself in any way!

Too true my dear! The information we have at our fingertips is astounding as we saw over Saturday night this past weekend.
OK, I get the name Ruthless, but is there even such a word as Ruth--to be able to have less of it?? And not just a person's name either. what about the word Ruthfull? Nobody ever uses that version of it. Just wondering...
